There is a “client code” on each cartridge, which must match the code on the printer controller. We strongly suggest that you should purchase the ink cartridges from the same place that sold you the printer. If you do not know the seller of your printer, or it arrived as part of another machine supplied form outside the UK or Europe, please contact us using the contact form below to discuss your options.
If you did not buy the printer from T-mark or Timbermark, the cartridges you buy from us will not be compatible with your printer.
In some cases, we are able to administer a change in the client code, in cooperation with Sojet.
